Branch Application

The deadline date for Branch Sponsorship Applications is March 30, 2012. Canadian participants wishing to apply for branch sponsorship should print out the appropriate Branch form. Mail, fax or email scanned copy of the completed form to your Holstein branch using the contact information provided at the bottom of the form. Each provincial branch can select up to 3 participants from their area. Final selection for sponsorship is made by the Holstein branch.

Participants selected by the branches will pay a fee of $750 each, beyond the sponsorship provided by Holstein Canada, and the respective provincial branch. This will include transportation, hotel, meals, and all events included in the World Holstein Youth Conference Program beginning at noon on Sunday November 4 through to breakfast on Thursday November 8, 2012. In addition, all participants who choose to stay for the Holstein shows will be issued a 2 day pass to the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair as well as complimentary shuttle from hotel to show grounds.
